Three Ways to Get Involved with sablefins
Whether you want open community access, a structured peer circle, or a plan for your whole team — sablefins has a membership format that fits. Here's everything you need to know about each one.
How sablefins Approaches Learning
Curate First
Everything on the platform has been assessed before it reaches members. We choose depth over volume.
Learn Together
Peer discussion and small-group formats are central to everything. Solo reading is good; reading with others who can push back is better.
Iterate Regularly
Reading paths and community areas are updated based on member feedback and developments in the field — not left static after launch.
Community Membership
The foundational membership — a welcoming space for anyone with a genuine interest in AI hardware topics. You get access to discussion areas, the shared resource shelf, and member-only reading threads at your own pace. Suited to students, hobbyists, and working professionals who want a place to read and think alongside others.
- Full access to all discussion areas
- Shared resource shelf with curated AI hardware reading
- Member-only reading threads and topic boards
- Optional member spotlight profile
- Quiet reading mode for distraction-free study

Mentor Circle
A small-group format for people who prefer to learn with structure and with other people alongside them. Each circle brings together up to eight members who meet regularly with an experienced peer throughout a season. Sessions follow a curated reading path and are shaped by the questions and interests the group brings.
- Scheduled sessions throughout the season
- Maximum 8 members — maintained without exception
- Curated reading path developed for the group
- Shared session notes available throughout membership
- Facilitated by an experienced practitioner
Typical Season Structure
- Wk 1Introductory session — group interests and reading path agreement
- Wk 2–6Regular sessions working through the reading path
- Wk 7Open session — member-driven discussion topics
- EndSession notes compiled and shared with all members
Community Partner Plan

- Private internal discussion space
- Quarterly community briefings with key developments
- Access to full resource shelf for all team members
